2. Services

Alwize Edu provides educational consulting services, including career counselling, university shortlisting, admission assistance, documentation support, and related advisory offerings for domestic and international education.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Service fees are defined at the time of enrolment or agreement.
  • All payments must be made via authorized payment channels.
  • No refunds are applicable once payment is made and services have commenced.
  • Fees are non-transferable between clients or services.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials on this platform or provided through our services. You acknowledge that such materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of, or reliance on, our services, materials, or website content. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service concerned.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, layout, graphics, and materials on this platform are owned by or licensed to Aether Ventures Private Limited. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited except in accordance with our copyright notice.

Unauthorized use of this platform may result in a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

6. Permitted Use

Your use of our services and products is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our content or software.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use our platform or services for any commercial activity, solicitation, or advertising.

7. User Conduct

  • Contains viruses or malicious code that could disrupt systems;
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, or public order, or incites offences.

Violation of these clauses may result in termination of services and potential legal action.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, strikes, pandemics, or communication failures.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if a client breaches these Terms or engages in misuse or unlawful activity. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due and payable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
